The Davis Mountains of west Texas has a remote "neighborhood" where I live. This "neighborhood" has recorded the same number of hummingbird species as Arizona! 19 total species with a one different species for each location!
Hummingbird photography is a unique genre of nature photography all unto itself! Learn how to maximize your camera's settings for hummingbird photography using high speed flash setups and natural light! Learn how to capture amazing action images, perched images, and hummingbirds in flight!
Lee has served as an OM System Ambassador since April 2019!
You will learn how to setup a high speed flash setup for freezing hummingbirds in flight. In addition, we will learn exposure, drive mode, flash, and autofocus settings for high speed flash photography.
Learn how to set exposure, drive mode, and autofocus settings to maximize the opportunity to capture visually compelling images!
This workshop includes a group pre-workshop zoom meeting to help you prepare for the trip by discussing clothing, camera gear, accessories, travel suggestions, and more. It also includes a post workshop group zoom meeting for an image critique discussion for those who opt to share images for critique. Both sessions will be recorded and provided for repeated viewing.
